Return & Refund Policy

At Kyzis Perfume, we take pride in the quality of our Eau de Toilette (EDT) perfumes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item.
    • To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • Due to the nature of our products, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  2. Process for Returns:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how to send your item back.
    • Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

 

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  2. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing may take additional time.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at [email protected] with proof of the defect or damage.

 

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Opened or used perfumes
    • Gift cards
    • Promotional items
