Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Kyzis Perfume order, we're here to help.
1. Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are:
- Received damaged during transit
- Defective in manufacturing (e.g., faulty spray mechanism)
- Incorrectly shipped items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) at hello@kyzisperfume.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
3. Change of Mind
Because fragrance is highly subjective, we recommend ordering our sample discovery sets before committing to a full-size bottle. We cannot accept returns based on personal scent preference if the bottle has been opened and sprayed.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
